1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and DSD Automation S.A., a company incorporated under Luxembourg law (“InduStream”, “we”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the service

The site is intended for professional, informational, and pre-sales use. You agree to use it lawfully, to respect the security of our infrastructure, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, abuse, or disrupt the service. Demo bookings are offered subject to availability and may be cancelled or rescheduled at our reasonable discretion.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, video, and code snippets — is owned by DSD Automation S.A. or licensed to it, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The trademarks “InduStream”, “DSD Automation”, and related logos are the property of DSD Automation S.A.

Open-source components of the InduStream platform are distributed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1), and some modules under Apache 2.0 or equivalent permissive licenses. Where a BSL 1.1 module applies, the “Additional Use Grant” and “Change Date” stated in the licence file of each repository govern. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to the InduStream trademarks or to our commercial plugins.

4. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and any demo environments are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including, to the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSD Automation S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if no amount has been paid, to fifty euros (EUR 50). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Luxembourg law.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the Luxembourg judicial district shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the most recent revision; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
